Vietto is discharged from hospital

Luciano Vietto is at home, once he was discharged from hospital last Saturday at noon after having surgery for acute appendicitis, which he underwent on Thursday at Monteprincipe Hospital in Madrid. Surgery went smoothly and the player has had a satisfactory evolution, which has favoured his discharge.
After the discomfort he felt last Tuesday and that prevented him from training, the player underwent an abdominal CT with contrasts in which an acute appendicitis was detected and he was operated on Thursday afternoon. The period of recovery for this type of intervention is estimated in about 3-4 weeks depending on the patient’s evolution.
