Koke and our goalscorer Joaquín Muñoz spoke to the press after our friendly match at the Mercedes-Benz Arena against VfB Stuttgart.
"Little by little, we're finding our form. For some of us, it was our first preseason match," Koke said. "But the team put in a lot of effort. We're working hard little by little to get ready for our match on the 15th."
Koke also spoke about Gelson Martins and Thomas Lemar who had their unofficial debuts in today's match.
"Gelson and Lemar played well. They're going to adapt well to the team and they have qualities that can help us," he said.
Joaquín scored our only goal of the afternoon and was happy to have done so.
"It's always a joy to score and even more so when it's for this club," he said. "I want to keep on working hard to improve."
