Tiago returned to the playing field
Recovered from his serious fracture of the right tibia, the Portuguese midfielder entered from the bench and played the last minutes of the game against Celta.
Almost six months later, Tiago played in League again and did so at the Vicente Calderón in the end of the season against Celta. The Portuguese midfielder said, "I’m very happy to be able to play again at the stadium where I got hurt and with my fans. It has been a very special day for me."
Regarding how he feels and how the team is for Milan, he pointed out that, "The team is fine, which is what matters. I am increasingly better. It has been a long time inactive but these few minutes have given me life. I am eager to help and will do it as I have to because this is a great, great team."
