Guilherme Siqueira was in charge of answering the media after Wednesday's training. The Brazilian said, “we depend on ourselves. With everything that Atleti has conquered in the last years, it would be a lack of respect towards ourselves to think in something other than a victory. The team is there. We have the conditions to win in Granada and we're going with the intention of winning and not think about anything else. Mathematics don't help us because we'll reach the objective by winning.”

The red and white fullback played for Granada and knows what awaits Atlético on Saturday. “I spent three years with Granada and know what the city lives and how hard it is for a club like Granada to be in the First Division. It's a club that lives football in a very special way and I am very fond of the city because I was very happy there. I have a huge respect and fondness for Granada,” he said.

As to a tie being good for both Granada and Atlético on Saturday, he commented, “when you speculate, you forget about the midst important thing, which is winning." To end, he stressed once again that, “it's very important for Atlético to be third after being the champion. It's something to value and celebrate because it's not easy. We fight against bigger budgets than ours. In addition, that third place would give us the chance of qualifying directly for the Champions, which is the Club's main goal.”
