Siqueira: "Today is a memorable day, I’m a player of the League champion"

Atlético de Madrid has presented the fullback Guilherme Siqueira this Wednesday afternoon. Atletico’s president, Enrique Cerezo, and José Luis Pérez Caminero, the Club’s Sporting Manager, presented the Brazilian with the shirt he’ll defend for the next four seasons.

The new Atlético defence was very happy with the signing. "I'm very happy, very excited, it’s the first time that I speak as an Atlético de Madrid football player". Today is a memorable day for me, because I can say I’m a player of the League champion", he said.

The Brazilian has not spoken with Simeone yet, but already knows what Atlético de Madrid means. "The Atleti is what you see.
