Simeone reached 100 wins in the League
With the win against Eibar, the Argentinian coach has reached 100 wins in the League in the 159 matches played with the red and white club.
Diego Pablo Simeone has reached this Saturday against Eibar his 100th League win as Atlético’s coach. The Argentinian coach has needed 159 matches in the domestic competition to reach that round figure, which makes him the third coach to reach this number of wins the fastest, beaten only by Pep Guardiola and Miguel Muñoz.
Simeone arrived to the team in the 2011/2012 season. After making his debut in La Rosaleda as Atlético’s coach, Simeone added his first win as an Atlético coach against Villarreal (3-0).
