Gabi: "Leicester is a very competitive team"
Atlético’s '14' addressed the mass media before the Champions League match against Leicester City that will be played this Wednesday at the Vicente Calderón Stadium.
Our captain spoke about the difficulty of playing Leicester City, the current Premier League champion. "Last year they achieved something very important for them that made them win a league that, as in our case, nobody believed they could do, and that is why they are a very competitive team, they have clearly defined ideas and it is an honour for us to play against them," he said.
Our '14' noted the good moment our team is going through. "We are at our best, I think that we have always shown our best side in the Champions League and want this to continue. Tomorrow’s match is a challenge to advance to another semi-final," he stated.
