Filipe: “I hope to retire in Atlético de Madrid”
The Brazilian international wore the red and white shirt once again. The left-back claimed to be proud of being able to wear our colours.
Filipe Luis was the main star in our team's 2-0 win against Real Sociedad. The winger made his debut at the Rico Pérez for the second time with the shirt of Atlético de Madrid. The Brazilian went through the mixed zone where he said that "I hope I can retire in Atlético de Madrid."
The Brazilian spoke about his connection with Koke on the field: "The year we won the League, Koke always played on my side. I know all his movements and I know how he plays. I always try to associate with him and the truth is that it doesn’t matter from which side we enter. The most important thing is the defensive work that Koke does, which makes my job easier."
