Atlético de Madrid will allocate 1€ of every ticket sold for the match against Benfica in the second round of the Champions League to the account opened by the European Club Association (ECA) for the direct aid of the refugees in Europe. It's an action that many clubs will join during this round of the Champions League.
In this way, our club wants to continue working with this type of initiatives aiming to alleviate the terrible difficulties that thousands of people go through; actions like the one carried out by the Atlético de Madrid Foundation and the Spanish Committee of UNHCR in the game against Barcelona played at the Vicente Calderón.
In addition, PERCA, the company that supplies the cushions in the matches played at the Vicente Calderón stadium, will join the cooperation with UNHCR and will allocate 50% of the revenues obtained with the renting of pillows in the match against Benfica to the campaign.
