Atlético de Madrid signs partnership with Acronis

Acronis will help our club to protect sensitive data and optimize business operations. The agreement was announced telematically and was attended by José María Giménez.

Our club has signed a partnership with Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection. Our new partner will provide multiple services and solutions to prevent data loss and mitigate risk. The agreement was announced telematically and attended by José María Giménez.

The Club’s Technology and Digital Development Director, René Abril, spoke about the partnership.

"Sport, and particularly football, has for years relied heavily on technological advances. The clubs are committed to ensuring that the experience in the stadiums is also backed by connectivity, always respecting the leading role of sport. We have a new stadium where sensorization and data generation are pillars of our transformation plan. Acronis offers us the security of having our data protected from any threat."

Acronis Channel Sales Manager Alessandro Perotti also shared his thoughts on the agreement.
