Atlético de Madrid presented the agreement with Plus500
Atlético de Madrid officially presented Plus500, its new main sponsor during the next two seasons. Enrique Cerezo, Chairman, and Gal Huber, CEO of Plus500, were in the event which was also attended by our players Gabi, Raúl García and Fernando Torres.
At the end of the first training session of the pre-season, the club has presented in Majadahonda’s Sports City the agreement with Plus500, new main sponsor for the next two seasons. Enrique Cerezo, Chairman, welcomed a leading company in its sector that began to work when the last season had already started, being a sponsor on the back of the shirt. From now on, Plus500 will be shown on the front of our jersey for the next two seasons.
Together with the Chairman there was a representation of the team with the presence of the players Gabi, Raúl García and Fernando Torres. Enrique Cerezo pointed out in his speech that "we wanted to welcome Plus500 on our team’s first day of work, a pre-season that we begin, if possible, with more enthusiasm than in previous years."
Gal Haber, CEO of Plus500, explained in the presentation event of the agreement that "Europe is the home of our largest customer base, so it makes sense for us to partner with a major European team. The players of Atleti will wear from now on the logo of Plus500 close to their heart. We, at Plus500, now feel the same towards Atleti. So I, starting today, am proud to say about Atlético that "the shield is carried inside, tattooed on the heart": Go Atleti."
