‘Atlético de Madrid Legends’ is born
We presented this new association made up of Atlético de Madrid and Atlético de Madrid Ladies football players. Roberto Solozábal will be its president and José Elogio Gárate, the honorary president.
‘Atlético de Madrid Legends’ was presented in the VIP lounge of the Vicente Calderón, a new association made up of football players of our club from all times. Not only former football players will take part in it, but active players too.
Roberto Solozábal will manage this new association as its president and he was the master of ceremonies of the presentation. Next to who was the captain of the double win were José Eulogio Gárate and Gabi.
Solozábal spoke about the project: "‘Atlético de Madrid Legends’ is born. Today, we don’t understand a male-only association, so the Atlético de Madrid Ladies team will also be included."
