Another triple session day

The fourth day of the training camp for Atletico Madrid first team in the Segovia town of Los Angeles de San Rafael and the second day of tripe training. The three sessions identical to those carried out by the team on Wednesday, forcing the group to wake up at 6.45 am. Sixty minutes later they began training on the football field. A power circuit exercises was the task in the hour-long first session.

After the first part of the three sessions, the players returned to the hotel for breakfast, rest and to prepare for the work in the afternoon.

Martin Demichelis, who yesterday joined the group after passing a medical and signing as a new Atletico player, left for a few hours to travel to Madrid. The Argentine was presented to the Media at the Vicente Calderon. Right after, the Argentine centre back returned to Los Angeles de San Rafael and at six in the evening with the other players he will take part in the third and final session of the day.
