A point to begin the League
Molina’s team started the season with a tie at home against the defending champion. Doutie and Hume were the scorers of Atlético’s goals.
Atlético de Kolkata tied (2-2) against Chennaiyin in the first match of the Indian Super League. Doutie put his team ahead in the first few minutes of the second half. The goals from Rane and Mulder in three minutes turned the game around. The red and white team threw themselves on the visiting goal trying for a tie that finally came with a goal by Hume, from a penalty kick in the final stretch of the game.
