Tie at the Coliseum

Fifth friendly of the pre-season with one of the teams newly promoted to the top flight, Getafe, at a Coliseum coloured in red and white, as our supporters were a majority. It was the first game of our team in Spain in this pre-season, and although the control was complete from the beginning, it lacked the goals. They could have arrived from Carrasco's free-kick that almost surprised Guaita and a finish from Griezmann just went wide of the woodwork.

The second half was more of the same. An Atlético that controlled the game and the ball, and that could have scored a goal in a beginning that overwhelmed their rival. But the goal did not come. Torres almost scored, on 87 minutes, after a good play combination of our players but his shot went wide. Atlético is still unbeaten in the pre-season. This Saturday, in Leganés, the last test before beginning LaLiga.
