Majadahonda’s Sports City will witness the new League Champion’s return to training on July 7th. As is customary by now, the players will undergo the corresponding medical tests and will carry out the first preparatory sessions before heading to Los Angeles de San Rafael, where they’ll be concentrated from Thursday, July 10th.

The Nayade Hotel in the town from Segovia will host our players, who’ll remain concentrated until Wednesday 23rd, when they’ll travel to Burgo de Osma to play the first friendly match against Numancia, as they did last season.

After this first phase of the pre-season, the team will cross the Atlantic on Friday, July 25th to compete in the second edition of the EuroAmerican Cup. We will first land in San Francisco to measure ourselves against the San José Earthquakes on the 27th and immediately fly to Mexico to continue training and face the America de México in the Azteca Stadium on July 30th.

Once the duel against the Mexican team is completed, the team will return to Madrid to continue their pre-season sessions and to prepare the next encounter, which will take place on Wednesday, August 6th.

The next trip will be to Germany, where our team will measure forces against VfL Wolfsburg on August 10th at the Bavarian team’s stadium. Once completed, we’ll return to Spanish lands to continue with the demanding preparatory sessions prior to compete for the Ramón de Carranza Trophy on August 15th and 16th against Cadiz, Sevilla and Sampdoria.

Then it will be time to end the preparation phase and begin the crunch time with the playing of Spain’s Supercup against Real Madrid (first in the Santiago Bernabeu and then in the Vicente Calderón), and the start of the League National Championship on August 23rd and 24th.
