The Calderón remembered the victims of the plane crash
Our stadium honoured the victims of last Thursday’s plane crash in Colombia on which our former player, Cléber Santana, also travelled.
The Vicente Calderón observed a minute of silence that ended with a standing ovation before the match against Espanyol. Both teams stood in the midfield, while in the stand of the wing a banner was spread out with the message 'Força Chape'. Our stadium remembered 71 mortal victims of last Thursday’s plane crash in Colombia.
