Only members of Club Atlético de Madrid will be able to buy tickets, whether they are pass or non-season pass members, by coming to Atlético's customer service office (next to gate 32) at the Vicente Calderón Stadium from Wednesday, the 22nd until Thursday, the 30th of March or while tickets are available. The office hours for the sale of these tickets will be from 9:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Thursday and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00.
Tickets will only be sold to Club members that are properly identified. For that, it will be absolutely necessary to present the 2016-2017 Membership Card when buying the ticket, so it can be electronically read. A person will be able to present the cards of several members up to a maximum of 4 cards per person.
The rules for the sale process of these tickets will be the following:
* All the tickets are personal, so it is absolutely necessary to present the personal information of each of the members who acquire a ticket (name, surnames and ID card).
* Every ticket will have the name and surnames of the member printed on it.
Tickets cost 30€ and are all in the same area, in the safety area destined for the Atlético de Madrid supporters.
