Simeone: "Roma is a very strong opponent"

Diego Pablo Simeone appeared in the press room of the Rome Olympic Stadium together with Diego Godín. The Argentinian coach assured: "The only thing that counts is what is going to happen tomorrow. Chelsea, Roma and ourselves start with the same options. I live the present and tomorrow begins a complex and exciting group stage."
"Roma is very dangerous on the flanks. They have a strong hierarchy and experience on the field," he noted.
For his part, Diego Godín said: "We know how important the first match is and it is key. AS Roma is a candidate to advance and, the first match also sets the rest of the group. We know how hard it’s going to be."
