Simeone focuses on the strategy
Diego Pablo Simeone is preparing for the derby against Getafe next Sunday with the only absence being Arda Turan, who is still recovering from his ankle injury.
Atletico trained in Majadahonda Sports City for an hour and a half to finalize the details ahead of the next league game against Getafe (Sunday, 19:00). The coaching staff were able to work with all first team players apart from Arda Turan, who continued his recovery in the gymnasium. Óliver Torres and Manquillo completed the group.
The session began with an exercise of possession and control of the ball under the direction of Oscar Ortega. The good mood in the camp was evident in the "Rondos" that preceded the warm-up. Meanwhile, Tiago worked with great intensity under the watchful eye of Oscar Pitillas looking to regain fitness after his injury.
