Simeone calls everyone available
Diego Pablo Simeone called all the players to face with guarantees the UEFA Champions League semifinals first leg match against Chelsea.
The team completed the last preparatory training before facing Chelsea on Tuesday at the Vicente Calderón. The one-hour long evening session, took place at field 3 of Majadahonda’s Sports City and was divided into two parts, one physical and one tactical. After the training, Diego Pablo Simeone provided the squad list made up of all the players in the team. The return of Arda Turan is great news for the Atlético expedition.
On the other hand, Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea travelled to Madrid this afternoon with a line-up of 20 players. Peter Cech, Schwarzer, Hilario, Daviz Luiz, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Ake, Azpilicueta, Kallas, Van Ginkel, Ramires, Lampard, Oscar, Mikel, Hazard, Willian, Schurrle, Fernando Torres and Demba Ba. Samuel Eto’o couldn’t make the list in the last moment due a swelling in his knee.
Our players will concentrate at 20:30 in the Monte Real Hotel to keep defining one of the most important matches in the Club’s history.
