Presentation of the agreement with bwin
Our Chairman Enrique Cerezo presented together with Marcus Silva, bwin’s General Manager for Spain and Portugal, the sponsorship agreement between our club and the betting house.
Enrique Cerezo, our Chairman, hosted the presentation of the sponsorship agreement between our club and bwin that was held in the VIP Lounge of the Vicente Calderón. Thanks to this alliance, which will apply until June, 2018, with the option to extend an additional year, will grant to the important betting house a high visibility in all the games that Atlético de Madrid plays at its stadium.
Besides Enrique Cerezo, the event was attended by Marcus Silva (bwin’s General Manager for Spain and Portugal) and the players of the first team Koke and Saúl. Our Chairman wanted to stress the importance of this agreement. "We officially present a great agreement of which we are very proud. Atlético de Madrid and bwin share fundamental values such as passion for sports, teamwork, innovation or responsibility."
For his part, Marcus Silva noted: "For us, Atlético is inspiring for its fantastic history, that is centenary, for the strength and perseverance it shows in all competitions, but most of all for its fans."
As part of the agreement, bwin will have the right to use the main assets of the club to develop advertising and promotional campaigns, also counting with a significant presence on the web page, its social networks and access to other digital assets.
