Molina’s stage in Atlético de Kolkata begins
The coach from Valencia will take over our franchise that plays the Indian Super League.
On 16th May, we announced the hiring of José Francisco Molina as the new coach of Atlético de Kolkata. The coach will take over our franchise in India this season. This Sunday, 21st August, the new venture of the coach from Valencia and his coaching staff with a 'stage' in Los Ángeles de San Rafael, just like last season.
The squad of Atlético de Kolkata is already closed after signing last Tuesday the striker Belencoso, footballer who played for Molina in his stage in Hong Kong. The current team has 16 new faces, four international and twelve Indian. Helder Postiga will continue leading the team.
The goal will be defended by Dani Mallo, Debnath and Shilton Paul; the red and white defensive line will have: Pritam Kotal, Debjit Majumder, Pablo Gallardo, Arnab Mondal, Tiri, Keegan Pereira, Robert, Bikramjit Singh, Prabir Das; in the midfield: Doutie, Bikash Jairu, Nato, Borja Fernández, Pearson, Jewel Raja, Abinash Rui Das, Javi Lara and Bidyanda. And finally, the line of attack will be made by: Ian Hume, Belencoso, Helder Postiga and Lalrindika.
Molina’s right-hand men will be Pablo Amo, who will be the assistant coach and Carlos Rivero, who will be in charge of the physical part.
