Atlético de Kolkata gets ahead in the Indian Super League semi-final against Mumbai City, which they beat by 3-2 this Saturday in the first leg of the knockout round. A win that the red and white squad will try to make the most of next Tuesday, the 13th, in Mumbai, where they will try to eliminate the leader of the regular league from the competition.

Although José Francisco Molina’s players opened the score early in the game, thanks to an effort from Lalrindika Ralte on 3 minutes, the goals from the Brazilians Léo Costa and Gerson Vieira would soon turn the game, forcing our team to come back.

A come back that was achieved by Iain Hume, who, with a shot from the top of the box in the 39th minute and a penalty in the 45th settled the score at 3-2.

The second leg will be played on 13th December, 2016.
