Koke: "We have to do everything possible to win"
Our midfielder spoke to the press about our upcoming Champions League match against AS Roma.
Koke spoke to the press before our must-win Champions League match against AS Roma in the Wanda Metropolitano.
“We want to win to stay alive [in the Champions League]. We depend on ourselves to win and then we have to wait and see if we’re lucky,” he said. “We have to do everything possible to win.”
Koke explained the team functions correctly when each player does what is asked of him and it doesn’t matter how the rival is set up tactically.
“We feel well when the whole team plays how they’re supposed to.”
Our midfielder knows how important tomorrow’s match is and is confident the players will give it their all.
“Tomorrow’s match is a big one and that should motivate us,” he said. “Winning is the only thing that counts for us and that’s what we’re going to try to do.”
