Juanfran: "We’re looking forward to the Copa del Rey"
Juanfran Torres spoke to the media after the 'Committed' event. The Spanish international confirmed the "will" of the team to start a new cup campaign, where the team will give the maximum to "go as far possible."
Juanfran confessed the desire of the players to start such a special competition. "We’re really looking forward to Saturday starting the cup as the defending champions. We’re really enthusiastic, wanting to start, have a good game and trying to go as far as possible, and it all starts with winning against Sant Andreu," he said.
If anything characterises this Atletico Madrid side, it is the understanding to go in to every game with the same intensity. "The coach gives us no respite. We have t win every game and all have to fight from minute one to 90," he said.
Juanfran was very clear. "Everyone sees the great work we are doing and hopefully we can keep going like this. Hopefully everything everyone thinks is reality. If in the last 5, 6, 7 games we are up there, we can aspire to win it."
