Great win against Levante

Atleti celebrated Children's Day with a great win over Levante. Ángel Correa, Antoine Griezmann and Fernando Torres were the goalscorers.

The match started off well for our side, as we dominated possession and slowly began to create chances. The first big opportunity of the match ended up being the first goal of the afternoon. Correa took advantage of a great pass by Vitolo to create space and the send the ball to the back of the net.

Just a few minutes into the second half, Šime Vrsaljko sent a lovely first time cross to Griezmann. The Frenchman sent the ball flying into the top corner and the Wanda Metropolitano went wild.

Torres, who came on for Griezmann in the 58th minute, scored the third and final goal of the match in the 77th minute. With this goal, he scored his 127th for the club and is now number five in our club's top goalscorers.

Our next match will be on Thursday against Real Sociedad at 7:30 p.m. in Anoeta.
