Gabi and Diego Godín spoke to the press at the Stade de Lyon about Wednesday's UEFA Europa League final against Olympique de Marseille.
"We've been working the same way for the past seven years with our boss," Gabi said. "Everyone that's been here has grown."
Godín expects a difficult match and knows OM will be a fierce rival.
"In the last few days, we've been following Olympique de Marseille," he said. "Individually, they have talented players from the midfield up."
The Europa League win in Bucharest was the first one our team won under Diego Pablo Simeone and Godín knows how important it is to win.
"[The 2012 Europa League] was a while back. We're a group that's been growing non-stop... We'll play with our heart and head to be able to play the best possible way."
Gabi, like Godín, hopes to win the title in Lyon.
"Tomorrow we’ll need our heads, hearts and whatever it takes to win. The only thing that matters tomorrow is winning the game."
