The Western (blue) team beat the Eastern (white) one by three goals to two in the Champions For Life, a match that united 66 players of the Spanish first and second division at the Vicente Calderón, with the objective of raising money and helping in the fight against the Ebola.

The match was divided into three parts of 30 minutes each. Rodrigo opened the scoreboard on 16 minutes and Lucas Vázquez widening the gap on the 20th minute for the East. Kameni began the blue comeback scoring the 2-1 from a penalty. Leo Baptistão tied 2-2 and finished the match by scoring from twelve yards the final 2-3 with which the West won.
