First session of the week without the internationals
The rojiblancos trained for an hour and a quarter with the presence of players from youth level to cover the absence of the internationals who are with their respective countries. In the afternoon there will be another session at 19.00.
A new training session in the Majadahonda Sports City. The presence of the first team was seen weakened by international call ups this week, preparing for the qualifying round of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. First team members who trained in the field 4 were: Aranzubia, Juanfran, Miranda, Insua, Filipe Luis, Gabi, Tiago, Raul Garcia, Adrian and Baptistão. Diego Costa did fieldwork as exercised in the gym.
The 10 players began the session with a series of driving circuits and ball control organized by the coach Oscar Ortega. After 20 minutes, they began a period of continuous running until youth players joined the session, Elbis & David Gómez (Atlético B), Pol, Benja & Kofi (Atlético C) & Arona, Carlos Tirado y Villapalos (Atlético Juvenil División de Honor). 18 players in total were under the command of Diego Pablo Simeone for an hour and a quarter.
