Simeone arranged a game between two teams in the second session of two on Wednesday in Majadahonda. On one side, without bids was Bono, Manquillo, Demichelis, Giménez, Insua, Tiago, Óliver, Cristian Rodriguez, Baptistão, Raul Garcia and Adrian, while on the opposite side in green bibs were Courtois, Juanfran, Miranda, Godin, Filipe Luis, Mario, Gabi, Koke, Arda, Diego Costa and David Villa. The match lasted for 45 minutes. Adrian and Borja also joined in.

Diego Costa, after a great move down the right from Koke put his team ahead finishing well and giving Bono no chance of stopping it. The Hispanic-Brazilian was extremely active and linked up well with David Villa in attack. For the other side, Borja equalized after stealing a ball in the defensive line and dribbling past Courtois to score.

On Thursday, the players return to work at 9:30 in the Majadahonda Sports to proceed with the preparation of the demanding season that awaits them from August 18.
