Diego Costa can play the derby
The Competition Committee looked at the appeal made by the club and rescinded the yellow card which was given to the Brazilian on Sunday against Seville.
Diego Pablo Simeone will be able to call on the Brazilian Diego Costa for next Saturday's match against Real Madrid (Vicente Calderón, 20.00 hours) after the Competition Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has responded to the allegations made by Atletico Madrid for the strikers yellow card last Sunday against Seville.
The committee rescinded the card shown to the Brazilian in the 57th minute and as a result, Diego Costa will not serve a one match ban for reaching five yellow cards.
