Atleti earned a 4-0 win on Wednesday evening against Sant Andreu at the Wanda Metropolitano and have qualified for the Copa del Rey Last 16.

Our team enjoyed a relatively calm first half, in which we had several chances to score. After 20 minutes, Kalinic had a great chance to score following a great pass. The Croat made a good move inside the box but his shot went just wide of the post. Our full-backs offered offensive support, particularly Arias, who was a constant threat down the right flank.

The first half ended without any goals, but our team started the second half in great fashion. Simeone made a double change, in which Toni Moya and Gelson Martins made way for Rodrigo and Lemar. And after just three minutes, the Frenchman opened the score thanks to a fantastic strike from outside the box. Five minutes later, Kalinic doubled the lead and Correa scored the third a couple of minutes after that through a wonderful goal. It was the perfect start to the second half.

Our team took the foot off the accelerator for the rest of the game, although we managed to score the fourth ten minutes before the end. A fantastic team play was finished off by Vitolo to put us 4-0 up and get us through to the Copa del Rey Last 16.
