Ángel Correa is now an Atlético

Atlético de Madrid and San Lorenzo de Almargo concluded the transfer agreement for Ángel Correa to our Club. The young, talented Argentinian of 19 years of age came to Madrid late last May to sign with our Club, but during a medical examination prior to signing him in, a heart condition was detected, which was successfully operated on in New York.
Correa was recovering from his intervention at Majadahonda's Sports City under the supervision of the medical services of Atlético de Madrid and San Lorenzo de Almagro until he could join the group work in November. The U20 Argentinian international is now a part of the red and white club. He signs for the remainder of the season and four more.
