Antoine Griezmann (Macon, 21/3/1991) has had a great season both with Atleti and with the French national team. He has scored 40 goals in all the competitions with the two shirts he has defended, the red and white and the blue of his country. The French striker was decisive with his 32 goals to help our team qualify for the Champions League for the fourth consecutive season and to reach the final of the continent’s top competition.
With France, our '7' led Deschamps’ team to take it to the final of the European Championship played in his country. He was the top scorer of the tournament with six goals, added to two more scored in the preparation friendlies. He was chosen the best player of the Euro, despite France not winning the title, for his game and contribution to the national team.
