A respectful moment of silence for the death of Callejo
The Vicente Calderon held a minute of silence before the Atlético-Rayo game in memory of deceased Atletico supporters from last season.
The derby against Rayo Vallecano was emotionally charged. A match that marked the return of regular competition to the Vicente Calderon and, as every year, served to make a tribute to the deceased members and fans of Atletico last season.
There was a special mention former Atletico player Alberto Callejo, who left us a few days ago at 81 years old.
