Koke and Raúl García broke the Swedish wall with their goals and Godin contributed with his leadership in defence to keep our door, once more, to zero. Malmö had not conceded a single goal at their Stadium so far in the Champions League, so the victory was especially sweet for our guys.

The home-grown player, who was named ‘man of the match’, positively valued the result. "We knew we came to a very difficult field and that they had a very good streak at home. We had to go out very strong to win very important victory for us. We have succeeded, we are leading the group and very happy."

For Raúl García, who returned as a starter in Malmö, the important thing was to check once more how the team is able to meet the challenges, no matter how difficult they are. "The team knows how to adapt to the things that happen and deliver on the matches, that is what is important. We are confident in what we do. When there is a setback, we want to turn it around. With the team we have, we know that we can get to where we want," he concluded.

For his part, Godín, highlighted the good moment our team is living, accumulating five consecutive victories. "We are on a good streak. The team continues to grow in terms of feelings, game and the important thing is that in that quest of continuing to improve and grow, we find results. That gives us confidence and peace of mind to work," he said.
